Go! The Musical uses music, humour, rhythm, and rhyme to create a modern, political reworking of the Exodus story. Seen from the perspective of his wife Zipporah, Moses, the elitist outsider, battles with Pharaoh, his “mother”, to release the slaves and then struggles to free the rebellious refugees from their slave mentality, while fighting the temptation to turn into a pharaoh himself.

Go! The Musical will feature five actor-musicians and a pop-infused score for young people aged 14+.
