Vanessa and the Lost Stars is an original and inspiring story about a young orphan fox who is one day told that the stars have begun to go missing. In an attempt to find where and why they are disappearing, she goes on a spiritual adventure that challenges her capabilities and knowledge about the world around her.
Vanessa and the Lost Stars looks at how our relationships and identities intertwine with our ideas of home; and thus what happens when that idea is ripped away from us. It’s a female-driven story about self-discovery, whilst also looking at the environmental crisis and the effect it is having on our rural habitats.
